Consider that, minor damages such as:

• Easily repairable miniatures detached from the base
• Miscast
• Glue drops on the papers, tiles, and cards
• Deformed miniatures and everything that doesn't prevent playability

Cannot be considered as a replacement.

If you need help handling or repairing your miniatures you can open a ticket at LMS Support

We can't provide empty boxes or replacements due to cuts, scratches, and damage to the outer box.
